Volunteer Program

Join Earth FX International Zambia and become part of a hands-on conservation journey in Zambia beginning in 2027. Our volunteer program offers a unique opportunity to live and work alongside a passionate team dedicated to wildlife care, environmental restoration, and community education. Whether you are a student, conservation enthusiast, or professional looking to make a difference, this program provides meaningful, real-world experience in one of Zambia’s most important conservation spaces.

Volunteers play an essential role in supporting the daily operations and long-term vision of the park. From assisting with animal care and enrichment to contributing to education programs and site improvements, every task directly supports animal welfare and conservation outcomes. This will be more than a volunteer placement—it is an immersive experience that connects people, purpose, and place.

What You’ll Experience

  • Hands-on involvement in wildlife care and enrichment
  • Participation in conservation and environmental projects
  • Support in delivering education programs to local students
  • Exposure to zoo operations, animal welfare practices, and facility management
  • Cultural exchange and connection with local teams and communities

Each day is structured yet varied, offering a balance of practical work, learning, and reflection.

Accommodation & Living

Volunteers will stay in purpose-built on-site accommodation designed for comfort, safety, and community living. Facilities include shared rooms, bathroom and laundry amenities, and a dedicated dining and lounge space. Meals are prepared by the on-site restaurant and provided daily, allowing volunteers to focus on their experience while enjoying a welcoming and supportive environment.

Outdoor spaces provide areas to relax, connect, and take in the natural surroundings.

Program Impact

Our volunteer program is designed to create impact at every level.
